As an Idaho Falls Fiber customer, you will receive TWO bills for your fiber internet service. One bill will come from your internet service provider. The second bill is a fiber infrastructure charge from Idaho Falls Fiber. The infrastructure charge will be included on your Idaho Falls utility bill.
