As an Idaho Falls Fiber (IFF) customer, you have the ability to stop your Internet service or change your Internet service provider at any time. You can change your service provider and remain on the fiber network, or you can discontinue fiber service altogether. Currently, there are four Internet Providers for residential customers. If you are currently a residential fiber customer, and you would like to either stop your  service  OR change providers, contact our customer service line (208-612-8725).
